Winner of the Top 100 IX Blogs of 2015

by Traveling Seouls

Dear Readers,

Good morning! Yesterday I received an email from bab.la about the Top 100 IX blogs contest. I thought, “Ehh.” The Seoul of Cyprus is such an old blog, an archive of of our past, who’s going to vote for an old blog? (It’s not like I promoted the contest or continuously bothered you to vote for The Seoul of Cyprus.)

But just for kicks, I decided to check out the rankings.

I immediately scrolled all the way down to the bottom hoping that I made last place, or an honorable mention after the top 100 listings.

I didn’t see The Seoul of Cyprus.

Oh well. It’s all good.

Then as I scrolled back up to take a look at the other blogs, my eye caught the word “Seoul…” Thanks to you, The Seoul of Cyprus ranked at #45!

I feel like the characters, Piggy and Gerald, in Mo Willems’ children’s books.

#45! #45! #45!

So with a resounding, “Thank you!” That was a pleasant surprise and a joy to see that The Seoul of Cyprus is still a valuable resource to those who like to visit, live, or learn about Cyprus. It truly is a beautiful place.

NOTE: The Seoul of Cyprus posts have been rolled into the Traveling Seouls website. If you look up information on Cyprus or search through the archive, you will find all the information there.
