Easter Sunday in Cyprus

by Traveling Seouls

Happy Easter to our western friends and family! We wanted to take a family photo after church; however, Linus is still sick, and unfortunately, we couldn’t take a cute pic of the boys in matching long sleeve button up shirts, rolled up three-quarters of the way, like Prof. Linus was not in the mood to cooperate during service; henceforth, he desperately needed a nap.

Here are some highlights from Sunday worship:

One of the Sunday school teachers bought chocolate eggs at Marks and Spencer, a department store that we have yet to visit. From my guess, you can get plenty of goods there.

A family invited the entire church for pot luck today. Here are some photos from the pot luck:

Photos: The church family also hosted an Easter egg hunt! Eldest, H, directs the children to find paper eggs around the yard.

Photo: Finally, we asked friend, A, to take our Easter photo. Linus was in a much better mood after his nap, probably one of the best family photos in awhile.

Happy Easter!
