Hi and welcome to Traveling Seouls! My name is Betty.
This is a travel blog from an Asian-American perspective.
If you are looking for places to go with your kids, interested in the history of what we’re seeing, or want to know where the best Asian foodie places are (see my Facebook Photo Album called Places to Eat), you have come to the right place.
Now a little background.
I’ve been travel writing since 2012, when I wrote on a blog called The Seoul of Cyprus.
I wrote about our experiences about expat living, travel around Cyprus and nearby countries. (We traveled to 10 countries in 10 months.) That blog was like no other, but it all ended in 2013 when we moved back to the States. (NOTE: All the original posts from The Seoul of Cyprus have been migrated to Traveling Seouls with updated content and larger images.)
Also, I’ve been writing about our U.S/Canada travels in the Midwest.
We’ve lived abroad again in the fall of 2016 in Budapest, Hungary.
Now, we’re are making a big move to NYC…well, greater NYC at least.
Travel writing and photography is my passion, and if you have a question about making a move to Cyprus or Hungary (or about NY/NJ), send a question or two over. I’ll try to point you in the right direction.
Stay awhile, take a look through the website, and ask questions!
Thanks for reading,
P.S. The Seoul of Cyprus was featured on InterNations and Expat Blogs.
